New 4,000 Sq Ft Condominium

This 4,000 sq. ft. private condominium is crafted within the concrete shell of an 8-story luxury building. We were given the opportunity to develop a private condominium apartment that reflected the Owner's needs (the display of a large art collection), tastes (modern), and built to be respectful to the Beaux-Arts building it was being built in.

Thoughtfully designed to showcase the Owner's extensive modern art collection while honoring the historic Beaux-Arts architecture, this project exemplifies our commitment to creating elegant, bespoke residential spaces that seamlessly blend contemporary aesthetics with respect for architectural heritage.
